What You’ll Do

  • Generate over 100 quotes from 400+ leads
  • Maintain quotes closing over 30%
  • Manage a structured pipeline with disciplined follow-up
  • Follow our proven sales framework
  • Train daily with your coach
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting
  • Contribute to team performance and culture

This is a high-output role for serious performers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in transactional or project-based B2B sales
  • Strong phone presence and objection handling ability
  • Experience managing full sales cycle
  • Self-managed and highly organized
  • Comfortable working remotely in a performance-driven environment
