Refund policy
We are unequivocally committed to delivering premium, bespoke lighting products crafted precisely to your exact specifications. Due to the inherently custom and personalised nature of our offerings, our return, refund, cancellation, and exchange policy is strictly limited and non-negotiable to safeguard our artisanal production process.
1. Custom Nature & Final Sale – No Exceptions

All products are custom-made and personalised to your unique specifications (dimensions, materials, finishes, designs, etc.).

By placing and confirming an order (via Shopify or any platform), you irrevocably acknowledge and agree that these items are categorically exempt from standard consumer return, refund, exchange, cancellation, or withdrawal rights under applicable laws (including EU Consumer Rights Directive exceptions for personalised/custom goods and UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 as amended).

You must explicitly accept these terms during checkout. Failure to read them does not invalidate this binding agreement.

All sales are final upon order confirmation or when production begins (whichever occurs first).
2. No Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations

Custom lighting fixtures are non-refundable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable once the order is placed, confirmed, payment processed, or production starts.

Each item is fabricated exclusively for you, making resale, repurposing, or restocking impossible without total loss to Lampadom.
3. Order Changes or Cancellations Prohibited

Production begins immediately (guaranteed within 12 hours of order receipt).

No changes, modifications, cancellations, or alterations are accepted under any circumstances after this point.

You must verify all details (specifications, quantities, shipping info) before finalising the order.

Any post-confirmation requests are denied outright or, at our sole discretion, considered only with substantial extra charges, delays, and our explicit written approval (not guaranteed).
4. Defects or Damage – Limited Remedy

If the product arrives with a verifiable manufacturing defect or damage attributable to us or our shipping (despite rigorous QA):

Notify us exclusively via email at info@Lampadom.comwithin 48 hours of delivery (strict deadline).

Provide: order number, detailed description, clear photographic/video evidence, and any requested documentation.

Upon our sole verification and approval, we may (at our discretion) repair or replace the item at no extra cost to you.

Refunds, credits, or monetary compensation are strictly prohibited for custom products.

We reject late, incomplete, unsubstantiated, or invalid claims.

Liability excludes issues from improper handling, installation, misuse, or third-party shipping beyond our control.
5. Limited Warranty

2-year limited warranty from delivery date, covering only verifiable manufacturing defects and electrical malfunctions under normal use.

Lifetime warranty (narrowly defined): Covers defects in materials/workmanship from delivery until installation only; voids immediately upon installation; non-transferable; applies to original purchaser only. We disclaim liability for wiring, additional components, post-installation issues, or normal wear.

Remedy: Repair or replacement with a comparable item (at our discretion), requiring original proof of purchase and our pre-installation inspection.

Warranty voids immediately for: wear/tear, improper installation/use, misuse, abuse, negligence, modifications, unsuitable conditions, or post-installation issues.

Non-warranty repairs/services charged at full cost + fees.
6. Shipping & Delivery Issues

Delays, losses, or disruptions by third-party couriers are beyond our control.

We provide only tracking assistance and basic communication.

No refunds, cancellations, credits, reimbursements, or compensation for carrier-related issues (even within 60 working days).
7. International Orders (Including EU)

You assume full responsibility for all import duties, VAT, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, clearance, and compliance in your country.

Lampadom will not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or compensation for orders refused, seized, delayed, held, or impacted by unpaid duties, customs issues, or import regulations.

For EU shipments: As a non-EU seller (Wyoming LLC), we ship DDU/non-IOSS — you pay any import VAT/duties/fees directly to the carrier/post upon delivery (customer responsibility, no collection by us).
8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes resolved first via direct negotiation (our discretion).

Unresolved matters escalate only to relevant UAE consumer protection authorities after exhausting internal channels (per UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 as amended).

You waive class actions, jury trials, or litigation outside UAE jurisdiction; you bear costs for frivolous claims.
9. Condition & Acceptance

Post-delivery inspection required before installation.

Installation, use, wiring, or modification = full, unconditional acceptance — precludes all claims except proven pre-installation manufacturing defects (verified solely by us).

Discounted, clearance, promotional, or gift card items: final sale, non-refundable/non-returnable.
10. Variations & Packaging

Minor variations (color, texture, finish, etc.) in repeat orders due to craftsmanship/advancements are normal — not defects, no basis for claims.

Any approved return (exceptional cases only) requires pristine original packaging, all accessories/documentation intact.
- Non-compliance triggers minimum 30% deduction from value or outright denial.
11. Return Procedure (Only for Approved Defect Claims)

Notify — Email info@Lampadom.com within 48 hours with full evidence.

Authorisation — We may issue Return Authorisation Number (RAN) + instructions (sole discretion). No RAN = return refused/disposed at your cost.

Pack — Original pristine packaging + all items; non-compliance = 30% deduction/denial.

Ship — You pay return shipping/insurance/risks (reimbursed only if we confirm our fault, at our discretion).

Inspect & Decide — We inspect; approved remedies processed in 14 business days (subject to deductions). Rejected returns shipped back to you at your cost or disposed (no liability to us).
