By accessing, browsing, using our website, placing an order, purchasing products, or engaging with any Lampadom services or communications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Lampadom LLC ("we", "us", or "Lampadom"). Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Acceptance & Amendments

Your use of the Services binds you to these Terms, all applicable laws, and any additional policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on this site with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the Services before the new Terms take effect. Non-material corrections (typos, clarifications that do not alter your rights) take effect immediately upon posting.

2. Product Nature & Descriptions

All Lampadom products are custom-manufactured to order. No pre-stocked inventory is held. Every product is fabricated specifically for you upon order confirmation.

Product images, descriptions, dimensions, finish specifications, and colour representations are illustrative and intended as a guide. The following are inherent characteristics of custom-made luxury goods and do not constitute defects:

  • Slight colour and finish variations due to material batches, dye lots, or natural patina development
  • Minor dimensional tolerances within ±3% of specified dimensions
  • Texture variations inherent to hand-finished or artisan-crafted components
  • Differences between repeat orders due to production evolution, component improvements, or supplier changes

No refund, return, or remedy arises solely from these inherent variations unless the variation constitutes a material departure from the agreed specification.

Products are sold in the quantities confirmed at checkout or in a formal written quotation. Images showing multiple units are illustrative of scale and context only. You are responsible for verifying order quantities before completing checkout.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change until order confirmation. Once an order is confirmed and payment processed, the price is fixed for that order.

Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorise Lampadom LLC to charge the confirmed order amount to your chosen payment method.

Prices displayed on lampadom.com exclude destination-country import duties, VAT, tariffs, customs fees, and applicable local taxes unless otherwise explicitly stated. These costs are the buyer's sole responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

For orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates, 5% UAE VAT is included and displayed at checkout.

4. Custom Orders — Cancellation & Changes

Because every Lampadom product is manufactured exclusively to your individual specification, orders trigger the made-to-order exemption under:

  • EU: Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) — goods clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications
  • UK: Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
  • UAE: Article 30 of Federal Law No. 1/2006 on Electronic Commerce

This exemption means the standard right of withdrawal does not apply once production has commenced.

Cancellation window: You may cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placing it by emailing info@lampadom.com with your order number. Cancellations received within this window will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.

After 24 hours your product will be in active production. Cancellations after this point are not accepted. No refund, exchange, or credit arises from a change of mind, ordering error, or project change after production has commenced.

Order modifications (size, finish, configuration) requested after order confirmation are accepted only at Lampadom's sole discretion, may incur additional charges, and will reset the production timeline.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key provisions:

  • All lead times are estimates. No contractual delivery date is guaranteed.
  • Lampadom selects the dispatch hub (Dubai, China, or other) and carrier at our sole operational discretion.
  • You are the importer of record. All import duties, VAT, and customs costs at the destination are your sole responsibility.
  • Lampadom is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
  • Risk of loss passes to the carrier upon dispatch. Transit damage is a carrier liability matter.

6. Returns, Defects & Remedies

Given the custom-made nature of all products, returns are not accepted except in the circumstances below.

6.1 Manufacturing Defects

A manufacturing defect is a material departure from the agreed product specification caused by Lampadom's production process, distinct from the inherent variations described in Section 2.

To make a defect claim, email info@lampadom.com within 48 hours of delivery with: your order number, a written description of the defect, high-resolution photographs or video of the defect and outer packaging, and a photograph of the delivery receipt. Claims submitted after 48 hours or without this evidence cannot be processed.

Where Lampadom verifies a manufacturing defect attributable to our production, our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the affected item at Lampadom's election. We are not liable for installation costs, project delays, or consequential losses.

6.2 Transit Damage

Damage caused after handover to the carrier is a carrier liability matter. Lampadom will assist with a carrier claim as a courtesy but does not accept direct financial liability for carrier-caused damage. Inspect outer packaging before signing for delivery.

6.3 Authorised Returns

If Lampadom authorises a return following a verified defect, a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) will be issued. Returns without a RAN will be refused. Items must be in original, uninstalled condition with all packaging and documentation. Items showing signs of installation, modification, or misuse will not be accepted.

6.4 Pre-Installation Inspection

Pre-installation inspection is your responsibility and is the appropriate point to identify visible defects before installation proceeds. Post-installation defect claims are assessed under the warranty in Section 7.

7. Warranty

Lampadom provides a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery covering: verifiable manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, and electrical component failures under normal use and correct installation.

The warranty does not cover: damage from improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidental damage; unauthorised modifications or repairs; use in unsuitable environmental conditions; normal wear or cosmetic ageing; or damage from power surges or incorrect electrical supply.

To make a warranty claim, contact info@lampadom.com with your order number, proof of purchase, description of the issue, and photographic evidence.

Verified warranty claims will be remedied by repair or replacement at Lampadom's election. No cash refund is provided under the warranty. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Lampadom's total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim, excluding shipping costs and taxes.
  • Lampadom is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Lampadom is not liable for delays, losses, or damage caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Lampadom's liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes or limits any statutory rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on lampadom.com — including product photography, renderings, descriptions, the Lampadom name and logo, brand assets, and written content — is the exclusive property of Lampadom LLC, protected under US copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.), the Lanham Act, and applicable international intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this site without prior written permission from Lampadom LLC. Automated scraping or systematic data collection from this site is prohibited. Licensing enquiries: info@lampadom.com.

10. Third Parties & Independence

References to third-party brands, properties, hotels, or publications on this site are made for descriptive identification purposes only. Lampadom LLC is an independent company and claims no affiliation with, endorsement by, or licensed partnership with any third-party brand unless explicitly stated in writing.

Installation services are performed by independent licensed electricians or contractors. Lampadom bears no liability for installation workmanship or any consequences arising from third-party installation.

11. Data & Privacy

The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal data is governed exclusively by our Privacy Policy at lampadom.com/policies/privacy-policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We process your personal data only on the lawful bases described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data. For marketing communications: we contact you by email for marketing purposes only where you have provided consent or where permitted under legitimate interest for B2B communications. Every marketing communication contains an unsubscribe link. Transactional and order-related communications are always permitted.

12. Force Majeure

Lampadom is not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, trade sanctions, export or import restrictions, port closures, carrier failures, industrial action, or supply chain disruptions. In such circumstances delivery timelines will be extended. If a force majeure event makes performance permanently impossible, Lampadom will offer a refund of the product purchase price.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact info@lampadom.com and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith within 30 days. Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English, seated in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Class action waiver: you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class arbitration against Lampadom LLC.

Consumer carve-out: nothing in this section removes any rights you have to bring a claim before a court or consumer authority under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. General

Severability: if any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping Policy, and any written quotation constitute the entire agreement for your purchase. Waiver: failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it in future. Assignment: Lampadom may assign these Terms to a successor entity. Language: these Terms are written in English and the English version prevails over any translation.
