This project required a carefully coordinated lighting strategy across double-height living spaces, outdoor entertainment areas, and private residential suites. Working alongside the design team, we developed a specification that balanced statement decorative fixtures with architectural lighting to create a seamless luxury living experience.

Design Around The View
Waterfront residences are defined by their outlook. Decorative fixtures must frame views rather than compete with them. Sightlines toward the sea, terraces, and outdoor living areas should remain uninterrupted while maintaining visual impact inside the home.
Scale Double-Height Spaces Correctly
Large villas often feature entrance halls and living areas with ceilings exceeding six meters. Decorative fixtures must be proportioned to the volume of the space, not simply the floor area, ensuring presence without overwhelming the architecture.
Layer Interior And Exterior Lighting
The transition between interior and exterior spaces is essential in waterfront living. Pool terraces, gardens, façades, and indoor entertaining spaces should operate as a single lighting composition rather than separate systems.

The final result depended on precise mounting heights, perfect alignment, dimming calibration, beam aiming, and finish consistency across dozens of spaces. We developed a layered lighting strategy combining bespoke decorative fixtures, concealed architectural lighting, and exterior illumination. Every fixture was selected to complement the villa's material palette while creating distinct atmospheres throughout the residence.
Over 120 custom and specification-grade fixtures were coordinated across living areas, suites, wellness spaces, terraces, and pool environments. Finishes, mounting details, and control systems were reviewed alongside architects, interior designers, and contractors throughout the project.
