XXII Carat Villas represents one of the most ambitious private residential lighting projects undertaken on Palm Jumeirah. Spanning 17 separate residences, each villa demanded a unique lighting narrative that responded to distinct interior styles, architectural proportions, and the personal preferences of discerning homeowners.
Over multiple years of collaboration with the project's interior designers, Lampadom developed custom decorative lighting solutions that prioritized atmosphere over illumination. Every chandelier, pendant, and wall sconce was selected or designed to create emotional resonance within spaces defined by double-height ceilings, sculptural staircases, and refined material palettes.
The result is a collection of residences where lighting feels collected rather than installed—where each fixture contributes to a sense of warmth, scale, and architectural sophistication that defines luxury living in Dubai.
Each residence features dramatic ceiling heights and expansive volumes. Lighting was scaled to complement architectural grandeur without overwhelming intimate moments.
Fixtures were selected to interact with marble, bronze, and natural stone finishes—creating reflections and warmth that enhance the materiality of each space.
Lighting was designed to evoke feeling rather than simply provide visibility. Warm tones, layered illumination, and sculptural forms create spaces that feel lived in and loved.
Luxury is never repeated. Neither were these residences.
